Make a Spinning Waterwheel at the NY Energy Zone in Utica!

Join STEAM author and educator Kathy Ceceri as we design and build spinning waterwheels using everyday materials at the NY Energy Zone’s Halloween Harvest Festival. Make a Light-Up Wind Turbine at the NY Energy Zone in Utica!

Kids ages 8-12 are invited to the NY Energy Zone in Utica for a special hands-on workshop with STEAM author and educator Kathy Ceceri! Find out how we can generate electricity with wind power, then design and build your own windmill turbine using everyday materials that lights up when it spins!

FREE! All materials included. Space is limited, so please sign up with Eventbrite.

This workshop starts at 2 pm on Sunday, July 28, and takes approximately 90 minutes. Please arrive early so you have the maximum amount of time to build and test your windmill!
