Solar Eclipse Paper Circuit Workshop in Germantown!

•RSVP: http://germantownlibrary.org/.../solar-eclipse-makerspace...
• Ages 6-14. (Caregivers should plan to stay but do not need to RSVP)
On Monday, April 8, 2024, people in our area and across North America will get to experience the wonder of a solar eclipse. In this workshop with STEAM author Kathy Ceceri, kids and teens learn how an eclipse occurs, find out what to expect when it happens, and then make their own light-up eclipse simulation.

Younger kids can make a Light-up Corona that glows when you squeeze the moon. Older kids and teens can create a Moon Slider Switch to turn on the corona’s light show at the moment of totality.
